Shipping:

Art Camp manually processes orders from our studio in Miami. We ship out Monday-Friday. 

High end drops or rare speciality items such as auction pieces may be subject to a signature upon delivery. This is up to the discretion of Art Camp. If an item is designer, 1/1, or both it may require a signature regardless of order price and shipping location. Please make sure to read the product description. This is to protect the buyer and seller as many of these items are irreplaceable if lost or stolen. 

*DIRECT SIGNATURE AVAILABLE. Please email shopartcamp@gmail.com immediately after checkout to request a signature for your order if needed. Due to many of our items being 1 of 1 art/clothing that cannot be duplicated or replaced, we want to prioritize buyer/seller protection using UPS DSR. Please make sure to stay on top of your tracking notifications and plan for a delivery or pickup. Sign up for UPS MyChoice for full tracking and access to DSR on the go! For domestic orders only.

*Art Camp is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once shipped and delivered by courier. 

GIFT Orders/Packaging: If an order is sent as a gift and you would like a personalized message/recipients name added to the note please email us at shopartcamp@gmail.com with the specifications within an hour of the order being placed. 

Vintage:

Vintage means preowned and worn before. "Slightly distressed" items may have small pin sized holes, frayed edges, tiny scratches etc. Anything with dramatic wear will be specified in the product description. Don't buy vintage if you want something in mint condition/brand new. Vintage sales are final with no returns or exchanges.

By purchasing anything on ArtCamp.store you agree to our terms of service which includes final sale on all specified items. If you are not sure of an item you can email any questions or visit us at a local pop up for in person shopping.

2ndHand by Art Camp is a collection of secondhand preloved items. All pieces are selected with care and a vision to bring the coolest secondhand designs to your wardrobe. Art Camp believes in a second chance for all clothing and jewelry pieces, honoring sustainability. Many items have some normal wear that comes with age and use. Please read the product description for any highlighted callouts. By purchasing from Art Camp you acknowledge that these items are preowned and may have some wear to them. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our 2ndHand products, please email shopartcamp@gmail.com prior to purchasing as all sales are final.

Jewelry Care:

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, please follow these general care guidelines:

• Avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals, as these can cause tarnishing or damage.

• Remove jewelry before exercising, bathing, or sleeping.

• Store pieces separately in a cool, dry place, preferably in a pouch or box to prevent scratching.

• Clean gently using a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners or ultrasonic machines unless specified.

While we use quality materials, all jewelry is subject to normal wear and tear. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents after the product has been delivered.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these care recommendations and agree that the brand is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or maintenance.
