Shipping policy

 

Art Camp manually processes orders from our studio in Miami. We ship out Monday-Friday. Orders will be shipped within 2-5 days of purchase. 

Art Camp is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once shipped and delivered by courier. 

*DIRECT SIGNATURE AVAILABLE. Please email shopartcamp@gmail.com with your name and order number immediately after checkout to request a signature for your order if needed. Due to many of our items being 1 of 1 art/clothing that cannot be duplicated or replaced, we want to prioritize buyer/seller protection by offering UPS DSR. Please make sure to stay on top of your tracking notifications and plan for a delivery or pickup. Sign up for UPS MyChoice for full tracking and access to DSR on the go! For domestic orders only.
